The cooling circuit of the mold, if left unattended, can accumulate rust and calcium, blocking the circuit like cholesterol in blood vessels. Therefore, we recommend regular cleaning of the circuit. We use a cleaning device called "Aratta-kun." Even in circuits where the flow rate has decreased due to the accumulation of rust and calcium, it removes them with powerful pulsations. Additionally, the cleaning solution we use is acidic, but it does not damage anodized surfaces or aluminum base metal.
